On a triangular plot with strict boundaries on its two sides and a natural boundary on the third, our design ‘turns its back’ on the urban net of low nuisance with its main goal facing the view! The proximity of the settlement to the coastal front gives the advantage of the sea breeze nearby. The orientation of the built space helps in this direction. The complex of ten houses enjoys direct contact with large amount of water against the backdrop of a Mediterranean garden. In L formation, the two units ensure privacy for their owners, but also create the conditions for socialisation and exploitation of the common space. Priority in our design is the user and his/her needs for well-being and quality space!
