The project is about two adjacent plots in the amphitheatrical bay of Kryopigi. The design took the slope, the orientation, the views and the accessibility into consideration. The buildings were placed in the plots in a way that no view is obstructed and sea view is possible from the public road at the top of the plots. A central axes unifies the plots in the form of a communal pedestrian zone. The design aims to obfuscate the border between interior and exterior spaces and to harmonize buildings and their environment. The low rise buildings, the use of local stone as cladding, the alcoves in the layout and the big windows are the ways to accomplish the set goal.
